Robin's lack of general noise didn't bother Peter. It was part and parcel and he didn't know to expect anything different; the way she was conducting herself now was rather perfect for him, as he wasn't all that noisy of a person in the first place. It helped him to stay in the moment to only hear things that were inspired in the moment. He liked that, just like he liked everything else. Making his own noises beyond what came naturally was not something he even thought to do; it was physical action that provoked reaction rather than trying respond to movements with his voice.

At her nudge, the idea of reciprocation, Peter didn't know how to respond. He brows twitched together, fingers curling before he tilted his head back down enough to look at her to see if there were any other cues he was missing. He breathed out a questioning noise, one hand hesitantly going back to her hair. Like this maybe?
