He took a moment to watch Shannon familiarize himself with the rack he knew that was there. That would definitely help out. When he saw him play with his collar a bit, Eli frowned and grabbed his hand gently, trying to keep it away from the collar for now. If he kept doing it, Eli was definitely going to tie his hands up to make him stop.

"Oh, I plan on showing you," Eli said with a smirk as he tugged on Shannon's hand to lead him further into the apartment and towards the room he wanted them to be in. He kept the bag at length so that Shannon wouldn't poke his nose in. "No dogs allowed though, so she'll have to stay out here while we go into the room."
