It was all leather straps with metal rings and definitely something that didn't seem to be clothing. "I actually know him. We met when I was young and stupid. What do you think of this?"

He honestly didn't mind Shannon's closeness, leaning into it slightly. It was obvious that Shannon was out of his element and Eli didn't mind staying next to him to comfort him. Hopefully without anybody bothering them, Shannon would relax more and they'd be able to pick out things more easily.
