He didn't respond to Chris's questions until his head was turned upward, eyes looking into his while he searched for whatever he was looking for. They were still inhuman, black irises replacing his human blue while in summon and demon forms and he blinked a couple times while Chris stared into them. There was definitely an edge of uncomfortable to Cole's expression as he let him look, almost as if he's afraid of what Chris might find in there.
