"He has a summon and that's me," Cole growled as he moved to place himself between Chris and Leo. This was why he hated paladins. It was the controlling and acting like summoners couldn't be trusted to interact with demons that bothered him. This paladin couldn't even trust his son, who was trained a paladin, to think for himself now that he was revealed as a summoner. That infuriated him more than anything else about this. "Don't you dare try to pull us apart now that we've finally found each other just because you can't stand me."
"You should know your son pretty well, right paladin?" Cole takes a moment to stare down Leo with his inhuman eyes before he grabs at his own clothes and starts tearing off his coat, shirt, and vest, removing the top half of his clothes until his torso is bare and reveals not only the marks on his face extending down his body, but also a summon sigil on his abdomen, the exact same one Chris has in the same spot. "I am his summon. We share the sigil and we all know that this isn't something that can be faked."
