The guy behind the counter didn't argue with the badge and rang up Jace's purchases without much fuss, giving the ID and credit card back when he was done with them. Jace put them and the badge away and waited for his booze to be bagged up. Once that was done, he grabbed them and finally turned back to Aaron and shrugged.
