"It might be," Doom responded, not giving her a proper answer to what the time of day was. He wanted her out of sorts in case she did try to escape. It would make it that much easier for him to recapture her. Plus, it was genuinely fun to play mind games with someone, even if they happened to be a child.

"You're smarter than you appear," he said calmly as he focused on ALFRED. He wasn't going to be distracted from his work by the girl yet again if he could help it. He did spare a moment to roll his eyes at her comments though. She really was dramatic and that was saying something coming from him. "Why would I drug you when I have you right where I want you and you're still recovering from the injuries I gave you? It's a waste of drugs to give you any right after you've just woken up from quite a long slumber."
