No matter what timeline, Cole had always wanted to have a child with the woman he loved. The fact that Chris was here only made him him happier about this. Not very many people could say that they met their future child and knew that they would turn out right and that Cole was able to have this chance and just know that Chris turned out right was definitely a weight off his shoulders and also encouragement to make sure that this was one of the things about the future that he would make sure wouldn't be changed.

Seeing Chris slide down until his head was on the pillow and laying down, Cole couldn't help but smile a little and be amazed at just how young his son truly was. It was hard to tell when he was awake and carrying the burden of saving Wyatt and making sure he was still conceived, but he was still just barely out of his teens.
