Michelle snorted in amusement at the eye rolling and Eli ignored it to instead turn his head towards the grill, his focus turning to the food. He was a young, growing Aspect and he needed to eat. Only being next to Shannon and Michelle kept him from wandering over and inquiring about food immediately.

"Right, right, no barbeque sauce in unmentionable places. Got it." He was very obviously distracted on food now and Michelle flicked his ear sharply. "Ow! What'd you do that for?"

"Your focus is wandering." Eli was about to protest, but she flicked his ear again and he stopped. "Focus on your boyfriend instead. It will take time for it to cook and nobody will want to murder you for being annoying."
