Michelle rolled her eyes at his snickering, knowing it would be lost on him. When they got closer and Shannon let go of her hand, she then put her hand on his lower back, wanting some sort of contact with him. She may not be as clingy as Eli liked to be, but she still liked some physical contact with him.

"And why would that be a bad thing as long as she still knows how to make sure you don't run into a wall?" Eli was upbeat as he went and pulled Shannon into a tight hug before moving on and kissing Michelle on the cheek, who did the same to him. "A present, huh? And what does the fair lady say to that?"

She merely shook her head and sighed at the two of them. "You are children, the two of you. I do not know how I deal with you so often."
