"Who's Holly?" asked Jacob. It might have just been polite conversation, but part of him was definitely interested in hearing more about this other person in Abel's unlife. Jacob studiously ignored that part of himself, because it meant that he cared what Abel got up to in his time of not stalking his brother around the globe for centuries and scaring the hell out of him.

Jacob was almost finished with his food already. He was debating whether to start on something else or if that would be enough for now. Taking care of all his body's needs, at least a little, made him feel better on the whole and it was around this time he probably would have gone back to sleep. Except he still wasn't sure how much he could trust Abel, and had already crossed that option off for now. "Jacob Kane doesn't have a brother," he told Abel. "You'd probably just sound like me trying to make a dumb excuse."
