"How much?" Cain frowned, trying to focus his eyes on the numbers in front of him. He swallowed hard, looking back up into his brother's eyes. He believed it when Remus said he couldn't die again. It was just so confusing that he had a ticking clock once more and his addled brain couldn't really put the pieces together. He was just going to have to trust what Abel was saying to him. "Two minutes... forty-one seconds," he said, tone hesitant as he tried to get the timing down properly to give a precise answer.
"I'd like to go home," he hummed softly. He leaned further back against the wall without giving up his grasp. It actually wasn't very comfortable but it was the best of both worlds: his brother right there and something to keep him from falling over. What more could he want right now?
