For all intents and purposes, Felix seemed like the average customer, though not someone who had been in before. Someone who was from out of town, passing through or deciding to move to the area, who really knew. He was in the area for a purpose: find the new mutant, copy their ability, and then learn what their ability was. Nobody said that he had to do it on an empty stomach, though, thus why he had stopped in at the bakery.
Barely giving the other man a glance, he went to the counter and perused the assortment of baked goods before he noticed a familiar feeling, like stretching out for something just barely in reach. Looking at Junior for a moment, he gave a brief shake of his head as if to get rid of the feeling so that he could focus. There weren't that many mutants in the area, maybe he was getting a false positive and he wasn't about to check inside of a bakery to see what he had gained if anything.
"Ah, yes, actually. Could you get me a couple of these," he said as he pointed to something in the display case that looked especially delicious. Maybe it was hunger getting to him, who knew when it came to such things. Even having had his power since a child, Felix still didn't know the ins and outs of his power like he really wanted to. He was getting close to perfection, sure, but he still had room for improvements. And acquisitions.
