Casey couldn't really hide the smirk at the obvious distraction. They may have lacked social skills or an iron nerve, but they weren't stupid and Gabriel was obviously not going to get away with that show he had put on. For now, however, there was ice cream to eat and a date to finish. It could wait until another time.

"Show me your favorite sometime," they requested. Spice wasn't too bad, and it would be interesting to see what Gabriel was more into than a classic like ice cream. "Even if it isn't sweet."
